We ship through trusted courier partners across Pakistan. Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched — not the date of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, remote areas, or peak seasons (e.g. Eid, Independence Day). Sukooon is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service once the parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Final charges may vary slightly for very remote or hard-to-reach areas. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

At Sukooon, every bottle is securely sealed, labeled on the side and top, and carefully prepared before it is handed to the courier. We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Received a damaged parcel? Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@sukooon.com or call +92 300 034 1668 within 24 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

The courier may call you before delivery. Please keep your phone reachable and ensure your address is accurate when placing your order. You can update your delivery address by contacting us before your order is dispatched.
