Take 1 or 2 Tablets as supportive supplement. Take with juice or water. Do not exceed the recommended intake. It can be continued for as long as required.

Directions to Use:
Apply 5-7 drops of Misty monthly essential oil blend on lower abdomen and massage gently until fully absorbed. Use twice or thrice a day. For best result, apply 5 days before menstruation till 5th day of period.
